An Ordinance amending Chapter <br />1135 "One and Two Family Residence Districts" of Chapter Eleven of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled "Planning and Zoning Code," for the <br />threefold purpose of (1) establishing Bed and Breakfast Inns as conditional uses; (2) <br />modifying regulations concerning parking and driveways; and (3) permitting Book <br />Exchange Boxes as accessory uses. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development meeting for <br />Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the Marathon proposal. <br />Councilwoman Williamson also scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development meeting <br />for Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2018-77. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Transportation meeting for Tuesday, August <br />21, 2018 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2018-75 and Resolution 2018-76.
