An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to contract with Pelton Environmental Products <br />Company to purchase a Centrifuge Scroll (Rotating Assembly), and to encumber funds <br />for a cost of $133,500.00, for use at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2018-106 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to make application on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted for the Cuyahoga County Supplemental Grant <br />Program; further authorizing the Mayor to accept funds, if awarded, and to execute a <br />contract as required; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney moved to <br />suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was discussed in committee and is time <br />sensitive. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement for additional services from Records Imaging Service, Inc., for the purpose of <br />scanning and indexing public records of City Boards and Commissions. <br />Resolution 2018-108 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2018-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an ongoing Memorandum of <br />Understanding ("MOU") agreement with the Cuyahoga County Soil and Water <br />Conservation District ("SWCD") to provide the City of North Olmsted with Minimum <br />Control Measures 1 & 2 in accordance with the requirements of National Pollutant <br />Discharge Elimination Systems ("NPDES") Phase II, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2018-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones.
