The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution 2018-113 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2018-114 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2018-115 introduced by Councilwoman Williamson was given its second <br />reading. An Ordinance amending and restating Sections 557.01, 557.02, 557.03 and <br />557.06 of Chapter 557 of the General Offenses Code of the City of North Olmsted, <br />entitled "Sale of Cigarettes and Tobacco Products to Minors," in order to locally prohibit <br />the sale to, or possession by, minors of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2018-116 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance to allow the resurfacing of Columbia Road (SR -252) from Brookpark Road <br />(SR -17) to Lorain Road (SR -10) a distance of 1.59 miles more or less in the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review as this was discussed in Caucus <br />and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br />unanimously. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2018-116 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2018-117 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a "GapVax Combination .let/Vacuum <br />Machine" truck and equipment, at a final cost of $478,115.00 from MTech, all through <br />the State Purchase Program; appropriating funds for said purchase; and further <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2018-118 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Frantz Brothers for <br />construction services to renovate Fire Station 2, and declaring an emergency.
