We <br />provide assessment tools in multiple languages and have a global reach. <br />PRADCO is pleased to offer a Quick View self-assessment to measure the Values and Behaviors in addition <br />to other important leadership behaviors for selection and development purposes. <br />PRADCO has been developing validated assessment tools for 20 years, and we have adopted a <br />methodology that provides an accurate description of a person's strengths and weaknesses in a variety <br />of areas. This data can be used to help develop people in their current roles and in preparation for <br />advancement. A self-assessment measure can be a strong supplement to a selection process to identify <br />people who will fit your organization's culture and succeed with it for the long-term. <br />Below is an overview of the process for developing the aforementioned assessments. <br />Quick View Assessment <br />Quick View Assessments afford employees and leaders the opportunity to receive objective data about <br />their strengths, weaknesses, and developmental opportunities. <br />Assessments provide a behavioral baseline and create the foundation on which a series of goals and <br />action items can be established leading to more effective behaviors and more sustainable, consistent <br />results.
