OPTIONAL: Assessment Feedback <br />A PRADCO coach will summarize the data and put it in context to develop specific and tangible goals. <br />Participants will take away better self -insight and a path forward for self development. <br />The Assessment and OPTIONAL Feedback process is as follows: <br />• Indididuals will receive a link to complete the assessment. It typically takes about 45 minutes to <br />complete the Quick View Leadership Assessment and 30 minutes to complete the Quick View <br />Contributor Assessment. <br />• Once all data are collected, PRADCO will conduct up to a 60-90 minute feedback session with the <br />participant. Strengths to leverage will be identified as well areas for development. <br />• PRADCO coaches will help individuals summarize the data and develop three to four (3-4) specific <br />goals to work on going forward. <br />OPTIONAL: Manager Alignment Meeting <br />PRADCO will conduct up to a 60 -minute alignment meeting with the participant's manager to give that <br />leader insights on how best to work with and coach the participant. <br />OPTIONAL: Quick View Certification Training <br />To help interpret assessment scores, PRADCO offers Quick View Certification Training. These workshops <br />can be conducted at your facility, PRADCO headquarters, or via webinar or phone. At the conclusion of <br />training, participants will: <br />• Understand PRADCO assessments and how to utilize their results <br />• Identify score patterns that provide greater insight into people <br />• Use follow-up questions to gain additional information about people <br />• Apply assessment data to make better hiring or promotional decisions <br />• Identify areas for training and development of current staff <br />OPTIONAL: Extended Leadership Coaching Sessions <br />PRADCO offers managers the opportunity to develop their leadership style through coaching, and the <br />development of tangible action plans. The objective is to provide insight into strengths and weaknesses, <br />offer suggestions for improvement and be a sounding board throughout the development process. <br />Successful outcomes are defined collaboratively, and the process is highly successful for people that <br />are engaged and motivated to improve.
