S. 913.12 <br />Registration and licensing of contractors - see BLDG. <br />Ch. 1317 <br />i <br />1 <br />1321.01 GENERAL BUILDING FEES; CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. <br />The following permit and inspection fee schedule is authorized to be chaxged and <br />collected by the Building Commissioner; <br />(a) Residential Buildings, New Construction. <br />(1) One-family houses: <br />Initial fee $ 50.00 <br />Plus $2. 50 for each 100 square feet of the area of <br />the building including the uppermost stories of <br />usable area. <br />(2) Two-family houses: <br />Initial fee for each unit " $ 50.00 <br />Plus $2. 50 for each 100 square feet of the area of <br />a building, including the uppermost stories of <br />usable area. <br />(3) Apartment houses conta.ining more than two dwelling units: <br />Initial fee for each unit . $ 30.00 <br />Plus $2. 00 for each 100 square feet of the <br />area of a building, including the uppermost <br />stories of usable area. <br />1982 Replacement
