? <br />0 <br />1317. 09 BUILDING CODE 16N <br />1317.09 EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES. ? <br />When payment of a renewal fee is prescribed, licenses and certificates of regisfration <br />and qualification and renewals thereof shall expire on the 31st day of December of each <br />year and may be renewed during the thirty day period immediately preceding the expiration <br />date upon payment of the presecribed renewal fee, provided that no license or certificate <br />of registration or qualification, which has been revoked, shall be renewed and no license or <br />certificate of registrati.on or qualification shall be renewed when there are on record uncor- <br />rected violations of this Building Code charged to the holder of such license or certificate. <br />1317.10 FIRMS OR CORPORATIONS INSTALLING WORK. <br />No firm or corporation sha11 engage in the business of making installations for which <br />a license is required by this Building Code, unless at least one responsible member, officer or <br />employee of such firm or corporation has been licensed by this Municipality to make such <br />installations. All work performed by such firm or corporation shall be imder direct <br />supervision of the licensed person.
