? , , ,-1,1% NOW, THEREI=ORE, the City anci the County do hereby agree ithat: SECTION l: Subject to the provisions of the Agreements, the City shall be entitled to bill and collect from all Olmsted Township users of the County area sewers which are connectecl direcetly or indirectly to the City's se,werage system, rates and charges for the use of such lacilities in accordance with the following schedule, hereby specifically approved by the County: (A) For all users having a metered public water supply: $11.78 per 1000 cubic feet of water as measured by such meter (B) For all other users, the following charges per month: $13.59 for single family dwellings; $27.17 for two-family dwellings having a single connection; $ 2.53 per room, for hotels and motels; $ 9.06 per apartment for multiple family dwellings other than two-family dwellings; $ 2.11 per employee for industrial users; $ .52 per pupil for schools and projected over a twelve month period; $17.56 per public toilet for stores, restaurants, filling stations and otheGr commercial establishments; $ 9.06 per private toilet for stores, restaurants, filling stations and athEr commereial establishments.
