, <br />? ?. <br />, , .. <br />, .?,.. .?. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />ORDI NANCE NO. 82-136 <br />, <br />AGREEMENT <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />IN THE MATTER OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of , 1982, <br />-? by and between the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of Ohio, hereinafter referred to as North Olmsted duly <br />authorized by Ordinance No. 82-136 passed on the day of , <br />1982; and the Board of County Corrmissioners, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereinafter <br />referred to as Contractor duly authorized by a Resolution of the Board. <br />WITNESSETH, that: <br />WHEREAS, North Olmsted owns and operates a wastewater treatment plant <br />located at 23775 Mastick Road in said City; and <br />WHEREAS, such wastewater treatment plant presently has sufficient capacity <br />to provide treatment for wastewater generated within the existing Service Area <br />within the northern area of Olmsted Township; and <br />WHEREAS, North Olmsted is willing to treat wastewater of adjacent communities <br />and private properties by contract; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Comnissioners is desirous of entering into an <br />agreement for the treatment by North Olmsted of its wastewater. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, North Olmsted hereby covenants and agrees with the Board of <br />County Commissioners as follows: <br />-1-
