CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-116 <br />PAGE 6. <br />(B) In a limited Industry District-Industrial Park District <br />any building not fronting or abutting on Lorain Road shall be set <br />back from the street a distance of not less than fifty feet (50'). <br />1195.03 Side Yard ReQulations. <br />In a Limited Industry-Industrial Park District, the side <br />width shall be at least twenty feet (20') and the sum of the <br />side yards shall total not less than sixty feet (601) in width. <br />All side yards, exclusive of paved areas shall be landscaped, and <br />neither gravel nor plastic chips shall be permitted as a substitute <br />for natural grass in lawn areas. No building shall be erected <br />within thirty feet (30') of the landscaped buffer strip required <br />by Section 1193.01 within a Limited Industry-Industrial Park <br />District. Parking area buffers may be reQuired as defined in <br />Section 1193.01 (B). <br />1195.04 Lot and Area ReQulations. <br />In a Limited Industry-Industrial Park District no building <br />shall be constructed upon a lot which is less than two hundred <br />feet (2001) in width, computed in accordance with the provisions <br />of the Zoning Code. Every lot or parcel shall be of sufficient <br />size to accomodate the main and any accessory buildings and uses <br />and reauired yards. The minimum lot area shall be not less than <br />one (1) acre, of which at least fifteen percent (150) is landscaped <br />area. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is <br />hereby directe to cause a notice of Public Hearing hereon to be <br />given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of <br />the Charter of the City. <br />SECTION 3: That Title Fifteen of the Zoning Code, as <br />previously adopted is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of the City for its opinion and recommendation <br />and after public hearing as specified in Section 2 hereof, and <br />after its passage, pursuant to the Charter of the City, the Zoning <br />Code of the City of North Olmsted shall be amended as specified <br />in Section 1 hereof. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />P A S S E D -?--- <br />ATTEST: <br />&!?? e <br />FLORENCE E.
