EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />? <br />? <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />PROJECT NUMBER 82-01 <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this day of <br />hundred and Eighty-two (1982), by and between: <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio <br />5206 Dover Center Road <br />in the year Nineteen <br />North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City") <br />and <br />Hydro Research & Development Inc. <br />50 Monument Square <br />Portland, Maine 04104 <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Hydro Research") <br />WITNESSETH, that it is the intention of the City in order to control <br />stormwater runoff into the storm sewers through the installation of inlet <br />controls and other means in the area bound by Walter Road, Gessner Road, <br />Columbia Road and Maple Ridge Road. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Hydro Research agree as set forth as follows: <br />ARTICLE 1, HYDRO RESEARCH'S <br />1.1 <br />Basic Services <br />1.1.1. As the first step, Hydro Research will prepare maps <br />of the storm drainage system, topographic & relief, and establish the storm <br />analysis sub-areas. All existing notes and date provided to Hydro Research <br />from previous testing and inspections will be reviewed and used to maximum <br />extent. <br />1•1•2 Using the collected data, the maps will be field <br />verified through an on-site visual survey te confirm direction of flow,
