<br />? <br />.,? <br />boundaries of the sub-areas, location of appurtenances and potential problems. <br />1.1.3 A physical survey of the system will be conducted. <br />A detailed inspection will be made of the system; data sheets will be made; <br />manholes will be inspected, and sewers inspected from the manholes. The total <br />drainage area is approximately 157 acres. A detailed analysis will be <br />conducted for 75 acres comprising Fawn, Deerfield, Chase, Doe, Antler, Hunter, <br />and Dawn Drive, and includes an on-site visual survey, analysis of the <br />existing drainage system, detention of permissible capacities to alleviate <br />the basement floodings, etc., being experienced, a hydrologic analysis for <br />each sub area, estimation of controls and volumes of water requiring storage, <br />and a critical discussion of the system and its requirements, but excluding <br />any detailed design of any structures, pipeline improvements, etc., that <br />may be recommended from the analysis as as to provide a complete solution <br />presentation. <br />1.1.4 The storm sewer system will be mapped from data <br />developed in the survey to establish locations of possible storm-water <br />inlet control equipment. The mapping will be referenced to and coordinated <br />with the City's existing base map. All original drawings, analyses, design <br />A&U:. and bases, shal l become the property of the Ci ty. <br />1•2 Project Mana er <br />Hydro Research shall designate Carl U. Maegaard, an employee of Hydro <br />Research, to act as Project Manager for the Servies as set forth in Article 1. <br />1•3 _ Time of Performance <br />Basic Services as set forth in Paragraph 1.1 shall be completed in three <br />(3) months contingent upon the timely performance and review of those other <br />than Hydro Research. <br />1.4 Additional Services <br />Hydro Research shall provide Services for the Project when authorized in <br />writing by the City Engineer in addition to those services set forth in <br />-2-
