CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-22 <br />PAGE 2. <br />service, such employee shall receive six percent (60) of their base <br />annual salary until after the completion of their twentieth (20th) <br />year of full time continuous service and during each year of full time <br />service thereafter, they shall receive seven percent (70) of their <br />base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 4: That all full time non-uniform police personnel listed <br />in this Ordinance shall receive the following holidays off unless <br />required to work by their supervisor, or the Mayor, in emergencies, <br />and shall receive regular rate of pay. New Year's Day; President's <br />Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; <br />Christmas Day; the employee's birthday; and a floating holiday. <br />SECT:ION 5: That all full time non-uniform police personnel listed <br />in this Ordinance shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />1 to 5 years inclusive of full time service - Two (2) Weeks <br />6 to 11 years inclusive of full time service - Three (3) Weeks <br />12 to 19 years inclusive of full time service - Four (4) Weeks <br />20 years and over of fu11 time service - Five (5) Weeks <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any and all <br />ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 7: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary for continuity of services of the safety forces <br />of the City, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />?J , <br />Florence E.
