Y <br />t <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82- 90 <br />PAGE 2. <br />to provide £or the reimbursement by the property owners of all <br />planning, engineering and legal expenses incurred by the City in <br />connection with the improvements referred to in the Petition <br />should the property owners cancel and withdraw from the obligations <br />they agreed to or assumed in their Petition, and to clarify the <br />conditions under which, and the time at which, the property owners <br />may cancel and withdraw from their obligations contemplated by the <br />Petition. <br />SECTION 2: That said agreement shall be substantially in <br />the £orm o document attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit "A" <br />and made a part hereof, with such changes therein as are consistent <br />in this Ordinance and are in the best interest of the City and <br />approved by the Mayor, such approval to be evidenced by his execution <br />of the Agreement. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, health and safety of said City, and for the further <br />reason that the immediate construction of said improvement is <br />necessary.
