Council Minutes of 2-5-2019 Roll Call: Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Limpert, Williamson No: Glassburn Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-8 adopted 4-1. Ordinance 2019-11 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending Section 141.99 of Chapter 141 of the Administrative Code entitled "Department of Public Service" in order to identify and list the positions to be supervised by the Assistant Superintendent Maintenance within the Division of Wastewater. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard :ind passed unanimously.
