Council Minutes of 2-5-2019 Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution 2019-19 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to purchase a Sutphen SPH 100 Ladder Trucl:, at an estimated cost of $1,228,833.66 from Sutphen Corporation, through the State Purchase Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Brossard moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was heard in committee and it is an immediate need.
