Contract Documents Phase — ENGINEER will: • Prepare detailed constriction drawings for public bidding, permits and construction. • Prepare specifications to support construction drawings, materials and systems. • Update the Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. • Prepare bidding information. • Assist the Owner in connection with the Owner's responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. B.
