Council Minutes oft -19-2019 Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-29 adopted 6-1. Resolution 2019-30 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to solicit proposals for consulting services for the Butternut Ridge historic District. Design Guidelines Project and, following approval of the Board of Control, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with selected consultant. Resolution 2019-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a new 2019 Disc Style Brush Bandit Chipper from Krystowski 'tractor, at a cost of Sfi0,378.56 through a State Cooperative Purchase Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents. Resolution 2019-32 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy, A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids Cor the award of a contract to provide new pavement markings to various streets and locations in the City, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Engineering Department, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of' the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution 2019-33 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide cracksealing on various streets at various locations in the City, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Service Department, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution 2019-34 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide asphalt resurfacing and related repairs upon City streets, as detailed in the specifications on file with the City Engineer, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution 2019-35 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution dispensing with the RFP Process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with WIIS l?ngincering for the purpose of providing engineering services for IIVAC System at the North Olmsted City Ilall Complex, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUSBUSINESS Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings meeting for "Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-35. The Director of Safety & Service is asked to attend. Councilman I,impert scheduled a Streets & Transportation meeting for Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-32, Resolution 2019-33 and Resolution 2019-34.
