Ordinance 2019-25 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2019-26 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easement located on property owned by <br />Tech Park Associates, LTD. and designated as Permanent Parcel Numbers 236-10-002 <br />and 236-10-011 by Cuyahoga County Maps and Records, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a new 2019 Ford F-550 truck from Valley <br />Ford Truck, including a plow blade from Best Truck Equipment, at a combined cost of <br />$69,525.95, through the State Purchase Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to <br />execute all contract documents. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to solicit proposals for <br />consulting services for the Butternut Ridge Historic District Design Guidelines Project <br />and, following approval of the Board of Control, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with selected consultant.
