Council Minutes of 3-5-2019 <br />Mr. Bruehler. You did, but that was after the fact. <br />Councilman Brossard said no it was not after the fact. He said he called him the day of <br />the BZBA meeting when it was being proposed and before anything was voted on. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Resolution 2019-22 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the RFQ process and authorizing the Mayor to renew a <br />contract with MB3 Consulting LLC for the purpose of providing economic development <br />consulting services to the City. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed 6-1. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Williamson, Hemann, Limpert, Kearney <br />No: Glassburn <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2019-22 adopted 6-1. <br />Resolution 2019-23 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution ratifying the Solid Waste Management Plan Update for 2019-2033, as <br />prepared and adopted by the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management Board. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. Resolution 2019-23 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2019-24 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance accepting a Conservation Easement to the City of North Olmsted for <br />preservation of riparian floodplain, pursuant to North Olmsted Codified Chapter 926, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. Ordinance 2019-24 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2019-25 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance declaring the necessity and intention of the City of North Olmsted to <br />appropriate a permanent easement for traffic control equipment, specifically 0.04 acres as <br />part of Permanent Parcel No. 236-14-001, located on land owned by SRC Facilities LLC <br />(aka Sears), and further authorizing the Director of Law, if necessary, to commence <br />eminent domain proceedings against Sears in probate court to acquire said easement, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />rel <br />
