Glassburn Motion failed for lack of a 2/3""s majority. Ordinance 2019-46 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Law to retain the services of Thompson Hine L.L.P., Attorneys at Law, to represent the City of North Olmsted in litigation/arbitration concerning the Springvale Improvement Phase 1 Construction Project, and declaring an emergency.
