Councilman Schumann moved to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings as it was discussed in committee. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Director of Law to retain the services of Thompson Hine <br />L.L.P., Attorneys at Law, to represent the City of North Olmsted in litigation/arbitration <br />concerning the Springvale Improvement Phase 1 Construction Project, and declaring an <br />emergency.
