Council Minutes of3-19-2019 <br />Councilwoman Hemann voted yes with comment. Again the suspension is not in order, <br />but the matter should go forward so yes. <br />Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman <br />Hemann and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Kearney, Hemann, Limpert, Schumann, Glassburn. Brossard <br />No: None. <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2019-50 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2019-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a new 2020 Peterbilt Truck from Northern <br />Ohio Peterbilt, including a hooklift system installed by Concord Road Equipment, at a <br />combined cost of $171,899.23, as priced through State approved cooperative purchasing <br />programs, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents. <br />Resolution 2019-52 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to advertise for bids <br />for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the 2019 Sidewalk <br />Program, as detailed in the specifications on file with the Division of Engineering. and <br />authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the <br />same with the lowest and best bidder. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Brossard scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare meeting for Tuesday, <br />March 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss a liquor permit. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development meeting for Tuesday. <br />March 26, 2019 at 7:05 to discuss Ordinance 2019-47. 'The Director of Planning & <br />Development is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Transportation meeting for Tuesday, March <br />26, 2019 to discuss Resolution 2019-51, Resolution 2019-52 and to discuss State Route <br />252. The Director of Safety & Service and Director of Planning & Development are <br />asked to attend. <br />COLInClltnan Limpert scheduled a Streets & Transportation meeting for Tuesday, March <br />29, 2019 at 7:15 a.m. at City Hall to take a tour of City Streets. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Williamson. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Schumann, 1-impert, Kearney, Glassburn, Brossard <br />No: None <br />Motion carried.
