Council Minutes of 4-02-2019 authorizing the Mayor and Director of Finance to sign required certificate and contract forms issued by the Ohio Director of Transportation (State); and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal committee review as this was discussed in Caucus and last week in committee and Director Lieber has done an exceptional job in trying to reduce the cost of this project and still make the states timeframes for funding. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Limpert, Kearney, Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, Schumann, Williamson No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-56 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance accepting a deed from Kiwanis Club of North Olmsted donating land to the City of North Olmsted. Resolution 2019-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Williamson. A Resolution by the City of North Olmsted recognizing April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal committee review as this was discussed in Caucus and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Williamson, Schumann, Limpert, Kearney, Hemann, Glassburn, Brossard No: None Motion carried.
