Council Minutes of 4-02-2019 <br />authorizing the Mayor and Director of Finance to sign required certificate and contract <br />forms issued by the Ohio Director of Transportation (State); and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal <br />committee review as this was discussed in Caucus and last week in committee and <br />Director Lieber has done an exceptional job in trying to reduce the cost of this project and <br />still make the states timeframes for funding. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Kearney, Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, Schumann, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Kearney, Williamson, Schumann, Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried Ordinance 2019-55 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2019-56 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance accepting a deed from Kiwanis Club of North Olmsted donating land to the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution 2019-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman <br />Williamson. A Resolution by the City of North Olmsted recognizing April as Sexual <br />Assault Awareness Month, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson <br />moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal committee review as this <br />was discussed in Caucus and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Schumann and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Williamson, Schumann, Limpert, Kearney, Hemann, Glassburn, Brossard <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption.
