necessary for the effective administration of the Agreement or to clarify the intent of the <br />Agreement. <br />VIII. Claims by Employees, Immunity and Defenses. Each party is responsible for providing <br />worker's compensation benefits and administering worker's compensation for its own personnel <br />and for injury or damage to any of its own employees as it would be responsible in the normal <br />course of business. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or in the Agreement shall act, or be <br />construed, as a waiver of any statutory or common-law immunity or a waiver of any other defense <br />or exemption or limitation that either party may enjoy. <br />12 <br />
