The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Kearney, Hemann, Glassburn, Brossard. Resolution 2019-65 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2019-67 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President <br />Jones on behalf of herself and all of Council. A Resolution authorizing the Mavor to enter <br />into a contract with Harrington Electric Company to perform electrical repair services at <br />the City Hall Complex under the real and present emergency exception to public bidding, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney moved to suspend the rules requiring <br />three readings and formal committee review as this was discussed in caucus and is time <br />sensitive. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and <br />Development to solicit statements of qualifications from qualified design professionals to <br />provide architectural and engineering services fir the Recreation Center Ice Rink Roof <br />and IIVAC project, and further authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board <br />of* Control, to enter into a contract with the: firm selected in the ' RT.Q.- process, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney moved to suspend the rules requiring three <br />readings and formal committee review as this is time sensitive.
