Council Minutes ol'6-18-2019 <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, (lemann, Glassburn, Limpert. Williamson, Kearney <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2019-61 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2019-63 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance to levy sidewalk assessment upon listed real property for the total costs <br />incurred by the City of North Olmsted to repair, replace or construct sidewalks adjacent <br />thereto, as such improvements were deemed necessary and installed pursuant to the 2018 <br />Sidewalk Program in the City of North Olmsted. Councilman L.,impert moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Rall Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Kearney, Williamson, Glassburn, Ilemann, Schumann, Brossard <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-63 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2019-64 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending the rates of compensation for various administrative personnel in <br />the Division of flavor's Court for the years 2019 and 2020: and otherwise restate the <br />compensation rates and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel <br />for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann <br />moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was discussed in committee <br />and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed 6-I. <br />Rill Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Williamson. Limpert, tlemann, Kearney <br />No: Glassburn <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Limpert. Williamson. Glassburn, Llemann, Kearney <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-64 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2019-65 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf ofthe City, ot'North Olmsted, to enter into a <br />license agreement with Bretton Ridge Homeowners Association, granting permission to <br />install development identification signs in the public right-of-way on Dorchester Road <br />and in the vicinity of Stearns Road, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert <br />moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was discussed in committee <br />and is more administrative to allow the homeowners association can move forward with <br />the sign at this location. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br />unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />5 <br />
