Council Minutes o1'6-4-201 () <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-59 adopted 5-0. <br />Ordinance 2019-60 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2019 and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2019-61 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution adopting the alternative tax budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal <br />year beginning January 1, 2020, and submitting the same to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal <br />Officer and its budget commission, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2019-63 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance to levy sidewalk assessment upon listed real property for the total costs <br />incurred by the City of North Olmsted to repair, replace or construct sidewalks adjacent <br />thereto, as such improvements were deemed necessary and installed pursuant to the 2018 <br />Sidewalk Program in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance 2019-64 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending the rates of compensation for various administrative personnel in <br />the DIViSi011 of Mayor's Court for the xears 2019 and 2020; and otherwise restate the <br />compensation rates and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel <br />for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2019-65 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy on <br />behalf of himself and Councilman Schumann. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into a license agreement with Bretton Ridge <br />Homeowners Association, granting permission to install development identification signs <br />in the public right-of-way on Dorchester Road and in the vicinity of Stearns Road, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings meeting for <br />Tuesday, .lune 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the Ice Rink Roof. The Director of <br />Planning & Development is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Brossard scheduled a Finance meeting for Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 7:10 <br />p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2019-64. The Director of Human Resources is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets and Transportation meeting for Tuesday, June <br />11, 2019 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-65. The Planning and Development <br />Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Limpert moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Schumann.
