Council Minutes of 10-1-2019 <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review as this is was <br />discussed by Director Lieber in Caucus today and is time sensitive. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Kearney, Limpert, Schumann, Williamson, Brossard <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. Resolution 2019-89 adopted 7-0. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings meeting for <br />Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-88. The Director of <br />Planning & Development is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Brossard scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare meeting for Tuesday, <br />October 8, 2019 at 7:10 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2019-80. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets and Transportation meeting for Tuesday, <br />October 8, 2019 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-87.
