Council Minutes of 10-1-2019 Motion carried. Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Williamson, Schumann, Kearney, Brossard, Limpert No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2019-85 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2019-86 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending the rates of compensation for various administrative personnel in the Division of Police and for support personnel for the years 2019 and 2020; and otherwise restate the compensation rates and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review as this is a time sensitive matter and was discussed in committee today. Resolution 2019-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution to cooperate with the Director of Transportation of the Ohio Department of Transportation for a project to upgrade traffic signals and the signal system along Brookpark Road, Great Northern Boulevard, Columbia Road, Clague Road, Country Club Boulevard and Butternut Ridge Road including curb ramps, signing and pavement markings in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2019-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing and directing the Director of Planning and Development to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal year 2020 for the North Olmsted Community Park Walking Path project; further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant if awarded and to execute a contract with Cuyahoga County, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2019-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution recognizing October 20-26, 2019 as Stormwater Awareness Week in the City E
