A <br />Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission <br />and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer. <br />Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Limpert, Glassburn, Williamson, Kearney, Hemann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2019-82 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2019-83 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2020, all money due and owing said City from any <br />collection source. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. Resolution 2019-83 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2019-84 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award <br />of a contract to purchase concrete materials and related supplies for the year 2020, as <br />detailed in the specifications on file with the Engineer, and authorizing the Mayor, <br />following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and <br />best bidder. <br />Resolution 2019-85 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into a contract to dispose of <br />an obsolete dewatering centrifuge in exchange for rate reduction for sludge disposal <br />service, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rule <br />requiring three readings as it was heard in committee and is time sensitive.
