Council Minutes of 1 1-6-2019 School District to provide for funding of the School Resource Officer (SRO) for School Year 2019-20, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Brossard moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review as this was discussed during Caucus this evening and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Williamson, Kearney, Hemann, Limpert, Glassburn, Schumann No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2019-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement for limited use of vacant real property owned by the City, specifically Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-010, located at 5563 Burns Road. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings meeting for Tuesday, November 12 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the Recreation Center Ice Rink. Councilman Schumann scheduled a Finance meeting for Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2019-93, Ordinance 2019-94, Ordinance 2019-95 and Resolution 2019-97. The Mayor and the Director of Finance are asked to attend. Councilman Schumann also announced the planned dates for Budget Hearings will be on December 10, 11 and 12th at 7:00 p.m. each day.
