MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />DECEMBER 16, 2019 <br />Present: Council President Jones, Council Members Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, <br />Kearney, Limpert, Schumann & Williamson <br />Also Present: Mayor Kennedy, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Law <br />Gareau, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & <br />Development Lieber and Clerk of Council Massarolo <br />Absent: Director of Finance Copfer <br />Council President Jones called the special meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Kennedy: <br />• No Report. <br />Director of Law Gareau: <br />• No Report. <br />Director of Finance Copfer: <br />• No Report. <br />Councilman Kearney Chairman of the Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee: <br />The Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee met on Tuesday, December 10, <br />2019 at 7:15 p.m. Present were committee members Kearney, Hemann and Brossard; <br />Council members Glassburn, Limpert, Schumann and Williamson; Mayor Kennedy, <br />Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Law <br />Gareau, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Development <br />Lieber, Recreation Commissioner Drenski and guests.. <br />• Discussed first was Resolution 2019-104. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to <br />enter into a vending services contract with Pepsico Foodservice, and declaring an <br />emergency. The City is moving forward with Pepsi as their deal was sweeter. The <br />committee voted 3-0 to recommend to Council with suspension. <br />Councilman Schumann Chairman of the Finance Committee: <br />The Finance Committee met on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 7:25 p.m., Wednesday, <br />December 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. and Thursday December 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Present <br />
