<br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-119 adopted 7-0.
<br />Ordinance 2019-120 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $300,000 of notes, in
<br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and
<br />installing computer hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and
<br />work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out city services and functions. Councilman
<br />Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and
<br />passed unanimously.

<br />Ordinance 2019-121 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $220,000 of notes, in
<br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring an
<br />aerator, mowers, a sprayer, a bunker rake, a front end loader, a utility vehicle and other
<br />equipment for use at the City's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom facility.

<br />Brossard and passed unanimously.

<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $175,000 of notes, in
<br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of renovating,
<br />rehabilitating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the City Hall,
<br />together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman
<br />Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and
<br />passed unanimously.

<br />Resolution 2019-115 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A
<br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to solicit quotes for the award of a
<br />contract to provide construction services for the Springvale Dredging Project, and
<br />authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the
<br />same with the lowest and best contractor. Councilman Kelly moved to suspend Council
