<br />Ordinance 2019-117 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $2,200,000 of notes, in
<br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving the
<br />City's Recreation Center by renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, furnishing, equipping
<br />and otherwise improving the ice rinks, the warming area and other related facilities,
<br />together will all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman
<br />Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and
<br />passed unanimously.

<br />Ordinance 2019-118 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,165,000 of notes, in
<br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving Country
<br />Club Boulevard between certain termini in the City by reconstructing and rehabilitating
<br />the pavement base, constructing a new center island, constructing and reconstructing
<br />sidewalks, curbs and curb ramps and adjusting manholes and utility valve and monument
<br />boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and surfacing and resurfacing, and
<br />acquiring and installing street lighting and landscaping, in each case together with
<br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and making related sidewalk
<br />improvements on Columbia Road. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The
<br />motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously.

<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,055,000 of notes, in
<br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving Alden
<br />Drive, Ashbury Park Drive, Brendan Circle, Brendan Lane, Brighton Drive, Cambridge
<br />Drive, Forest Ridge Drive, Hampton Drive and Somerset Drive between certain termini
<br />in the City by reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, adjusting, constructing
<br />and reconstructing catch basins, curbs and curb ramps, manholes and utility valve and
<br />monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing, in each case
<br />together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman
<br />Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and
<br />passed unanimously.
