He said the Chamber asked Council to <br />vote no on this Ordinance or to amend it so the Director of Planning & Development is <br />replaced by the Director of Human Resources. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Resolution 2020-1 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into separate contracts, on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted, with Carlie Jones, Emily Susman and Jen Dahler, for fitness instructor <br />services at the North Olmsted Recreation Center for a term of one (1) year. Councilman <br />Kelly moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and <br />passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Kelly, Hemann, Brossard, Schumann, Williamson, Limpert, Glassburn <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning & Development to advertise for bids for <br />the award of a contract to provide construction services for the Country Club Boulevard <br />East Project, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Engineering Department, and <br />authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the <br />same with the lowest and best bidder. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption.
