At PRADCO, we recognize that the defining characteristics of an effective Safety Force leader, Police Officer <br />or Firefighter differ, depending upon the context in which they work, departmental expectations, and <br />other important factors. The outline below reflects the services recommended by PRADCO. <br />I. PROMOTIONAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOWER LEVEL POLICE AND FIRE <br />COMMAND STAFF <br />• PRADCO will conduct one meeting with the Mayor, Safety Director, HR Director, and/or other city <br />leaders to discuss the requirements of the role and review job descriptions and any other relevant <br />information. <br />• PRADCO will set candidate(s) up to take the online assessment battery and schedule the candidates <br />for an interview and feedback session with one (1) PRADCO consultant. <br />• PRADCO will write and email customized assessment reports within 4 business days of the last <br />interview. <br />PRADCO will conduct a debrief meeting with City officials as needed. <br />II.
