Kennedy <br />Clague Road Corridor Study <br />Request for Qualifications <br />Posting Date: XX -XX -2020 <br />Response Due Date: XX -XX -2020 <br />The City of North Olmsted seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide <br />engineering services for the Clague Road Corridor Study. The project involves a corridor study of <br />Clague Road from Lorain Road to the northern corporation limit to address traffic congestion and <br />safety. Additional services may include future design of the improvements. <br />The City of North Olmsted received funding from NOACA and Cuyahoga County for Clague Road <br />resurfacing north of Lorain Road in FY 2024. Before the resurfacing project is designed, the city <br />intends to conduct a traffic and safety study of the Clague Road corridor in the project area to <br />determine if additional improvements or intersection reconfiguration is warranted. The corridor study <br />will be 100% locally funded. <br />Selection Procedures <br />The City will select a consultant based on SOQs submitted. The corridor study may be <br />used to apply for ODOT Highway Safety Program (HSP) funding and as such, the study needs to be <br />
