Exhibit A CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Mayor Kevin M. Kennedy Clague Road Corridor Study Request for Qualifications Posting Date: XX -XX -2020 Response Due Date: XX -XX -2020 The City of North Olmsted seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the Clague Road Corridor Study. The project involves a corridor study of Clague Road from Lorain Road to the northern corporation limit to address traffic congestion and safety. Additional services may include future design of the improvements. The City of North Olmsted received funding from NOACA and Cuyahoga County for Clague Road resurfacing north of Lorain Road in FY 2024. Before the resurfacing project is designed, the city intends to conduct a traffic and safety study of the Clague Road corridor in the project area to determine if additional improvements or intersection reconfiguration is warranted. The corridor study will be 100% locally funded. Selection Procedures The City will select a consultant based on SOQs submitted. The requirements for the SOQ and the criteria that will be used to select the consultant are shown below. Firms interested in being considered for selection should respond by submitting three (3) hard copies of the SOQ to the following address by 4:30 PM on the response due date listed above.
