Council Minutes of 2-18-2020 <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2020-33 adopted 5-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-35 introduced by Councilwoman Williamson and co-sponsored by <br />Councilman Glassburn was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the <br />Division of Police to establish and maintain a voluntary database of privately owned <br />exterior recording devices to be used in the investigation of crimes and the apprehension <br />of suspected criminals, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2020-36 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with ProCare Services <br />in order to provide maintenance and repair services for LifePak Heart Monitors used by <br />the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert <br />moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was discussed in Caucus. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Kelly and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Kelly, Williamson, Glassburn, Hemann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Kelly and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Kelly, Hemann, Glassburn, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2020-36 adopted 5-0. <br />Resolution 2020-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with Shift4 Corporation dba Gateway Services to install point of sale systems <br />for the purpose of credit card payment receipts at Springvale, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Kelly moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and <br />formal committee review as this was discussed in Caucus and is time sensitive. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Kelly, Hemann, Limpert, Glassburn, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Kelly moved for adoption.
