Council Minutes of 3-03-2020 <br />Resolution 2020-43 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a new Jacobson HR600 Rotary Mower <br />from Baker Vehicle Systems at a cost of $62,680.00 through the State Purchase Program; <br />and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Kelly moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and <br />formal committee review as this was discussed in Caucus and is time sensitive. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Kelly, Hemann, Brossard, Glassburn, Limpert, Williamson, Schumann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Kelly moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Kelly, Limpert, Schumann, Williamson, Hemann, Glassburn, Brossard <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2020-43 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2020-44 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a new Toro Reelmaster 5510-D Mower <br />from Century Equipment at a cost of $63,301.37 through the State Purchase Program, and <br />further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Kelly moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and <br />formal committee review as this was discussed in Caucus and is time sensitive.
