Resolution 2020-32 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-35 introduced by Councilwoman Williamson and co-sponsored by <br />Councilman Glassburn and Councilman Schumann was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Division of Police to establish and maintain a voluntary <br />database of privately owned exterior recording devices to be used in the investigation of <br />crimes and the apprehension of suspected criminals, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. Ordinance 2020-35 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-16 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance to adjust the salary range for the Outreach Coordinator in the Division of <br />Aging, align divisions with the City's current organizational chart for the year 2020, <br />change the boot and clothing allowance payment to January, adjust the Police Captain <br />range, and adjust the part-time Firefighter range; and otherwise restate the compensation <br />rates and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel for the years <br />2018, 2019 and 2020, and declaring an emergency, as twice amended. <br />Ordinance 2020-19 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending Chapter 1149 "Mixed Use Districts" of Chapter Eleven of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled "Planning and Zoning Code," for <br />the purpose of implementing Zoning Code changes proposed by the City of North <br />Olmsted Planning and Design Commission. <br />Resolution 2020-39 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a WOW Business Customer Agreement <br />for the purpose of (1) updating the fiber "Dedicated Internet Access" ("DIA") services <br />within City Hall; and (2) adding a redundant fiber "DIA" service into the Waste Water <br />Treatment Plant. <br />Resolution 2020-40 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the City to participate in the Ohio Department of Transportation's <br />purchasing program for the purpose of securing construction services for the Mackenzie <br />Culvert Project. <br />Resolution 2020-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Mad Bomber Fireworks <br />Productions to provide a fireworks display for the 2020 North Olmsted Fourth of July <br />Celebration, and declaring an emergency. <br />
