Resolution 2020-42 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2020-47 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Community Development to make <br />application on behalf of" the City of North Olmsted for a NautreWorks Grant for <br />improvements to North Olmsted Community Park through the Ohio Department of' <br />Natural Resources (ODNR); further authorizing the Mayor to accept the brant, if <br />awarded, and to execute any contracts with ODNR, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring three reading's and formal <br />committee review ° as this was discussed in Caucus and is for a grant. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety & Service to advertise for bids for <br />leaf collection services as per the specifications on file and, after approval by the Board <br />of Control, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best <br />bidder. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and <br />formal committee review.
