Resolution 2020-43 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2020-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Veolia Water <br />Technologies, Inc. dba Kruger Disc Filters, to purchase disc filter panels for installation <br />at the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant (NOWWTP) at a final cost not to <br />exceed $109,160.00. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring tlu-ee <br />readings and formal committee review as this was discussed in Caucus and the Waste <br />Water Treatment Plant does keep an inventory of these and it needs to be replaced and <br />there is one vendor for this product. Inc. in order to provide F.M.L.A. administrative services, <br />and declaring an emergency.
