AGREEMENT <br />between <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />and <br />JOHN PATRICK PICARD ARCHITECT, INC. <br />for <br />ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />for the <br />NORTH OLMSTED CITY HALL PUBLIC HEALTH IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />THIS AGREEMENT made at North Olmsted, Ohio, on the day of , 2020 by <br />and between the City of NORTH OLMSTED, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio <br />44070 [hereinafter referred to as "CITY"], and John Patrick Picard Architect, Inc., 50 North <br />Avenue NE #102, Massillon, Ohio, 44646 [hereinafter referred to as "ARCHITECT"]; <br />WHEREAS, the CITY intends to make improvements to the North Olmsted City Hall <br />lobby area for the purpose of ensuring public health and safety in response to the COVID-19 <br />pandemic [hereinafter referred to as the "PROJECT"]; and <br />WHEREAS, ARCHITECT, on the day of , 2020 submitted a proposal <br />[hereinafter referred to as the "PROPOSAL"] to CITY to provide the SERVICES for the <br />PROJECT; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance 2020- authorizing the Mayor to <br />dispense with the RFP process and enter into a contract with ARCHITECT to provide <br />SERVICES for the PROJECT; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the CITY and ARCHITECT, each acknowledging the sufficiency <br />of the consideration contained in the terms and conditions of the Agreement, agree as follows: <br />SECTION 1. BASIC SERVICES. <br />
