MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED JUNE 23, 2020 Present: Council President Jones, Council Members Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly, Limpert, Schumann & Williamson Also Present: Mayor Kennedy, Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Safety & Service Glauner and Clerk of Council Massarolo Absent: Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Law Gareau and Director of Planning & Community Development Lieber Council President Jones called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m. through GoToMeeting. Due to the meeting being a virtual meeting, Council President Jones requested if any member of the public using a computer wished to address Council to notify the Clerk via the chat feature in GoToMeeting and they would be called on later in the meeting. For those dialing in via phone, the lines would be unmuted during the appropriate portion of the meeting. Councilman Glassburn moved to removed Ordinances 2020-65 through 2020-70. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Schumann, Williamson, Kelly, Limpert, Brossard, Hemann No: None Motion carried. Ordinances 2020-65 through 2020-70 removed from agenda. REPORTS Mayor Kennedy: • No Report. Director of Finance Copfer: • No Report. Councilwoman Hemann Chairwoman of the Environmental Control Committee: The Environmental Control Committee met on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Present were committee members Hemann, Glassburn and Williamson; Council members Brossard, Kelly, Limpert and Schumann; Council President Jones; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Safety & Service Glauner and guests. Discussed was Resolution 2020-52. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract to purchase a new Ford F550/5500 Ford truck for use at the Wastewater Treatment Plant from Mtech Company and to include installation of a maintainer crane assembly and incidental equipment from Maintainer corporation,
