Special Council Minutes of 6-25-2020 Ordinance 2020-66 introduced by Mayor Kennedy on behalf of himself, Councilman Glassburn and Councilwoman Hemann was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the submission of an amendment to the electors of the City of North Olmsted to Article I of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted for the purpose of conforming the Charter to Revised Code requirements regarding detachment of land, and declaring an emergency.
