Council Minutes of 8-18-2020 <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Brossard, Limpert, Kelly, Schumann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Glassburn and passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Schumann, Limpert, Brossard, Kelly <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2020-94 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2020-95 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement with the International Association of Firefighters, Local 1267, AFL-CIO for <br />the City's Firefighters, for the period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023. <br />Resolution 2020-96 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission <br />and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer. <br />Resolution 2020-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the RFP Process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />contract with Quality Control Services for the purpose of providing construction <br />engineering services for the Mackenzie Culvert Replacement Project, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring three and <br />formal committee review as it is the engineering companion piece to 2020-94, which is in <br />the interest of public health and safety and was discussed in Caucus this evening. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Schumann, Limpert, Kelly, Brossard <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. Resolution 2020-97 adopted 6-0. <br />
