Council Minutes of 10-06-2020 <br />participate. He said those would need to be discussions down the road, but there is <br />technology and it is possible to do it either way. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance 2020-98 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance amending Section 1345.05 of Chapter 1345 of the Building Code entitled <br />"Standards for Private Residential Pools" to incorporate standards established by the <br />International Code Council for Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs installed at residential <br />properties. Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Williamson, Limpert, Schumann, Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly, Brossard <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2020-98 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-99 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance amending and reestablishing Section 1359.09 of Chapter 1359 of the Building <br />Code entitled "Maintenance of Unoccupied Commercial Buildings" in order to establish <br />the appeal process from an order of the Building Commissioner. Councilwoman <br />Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and <br />passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Williamson, Limpert, Brossard, Hemann, Schumann, Kelly, Glassburn <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2020-99 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-100 introduced by Councilmember Schumann was given its third <br />reading. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />remove the no parking signs on Charles Road. Councilman Schumann moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Limpert, Kelly, Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2020-100 adopted 7-0. <br />Councilman Schumann voted yes with comment. I want to thank Chuck and Renee in <br />Safety and Don Glauner, you guys remember him. He made a lot of phone calls and did a <br />lot of hustling for me to get this done. Thank you. <br />Ordinance 2020-101 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2020 and <br />declaring an emergency, as amended.
