<br />LOT, THROUGH
<br />means an interior lot
<br />having frontage on two
<br />(2) parallel streets. A
<br />corner lot shall be
<br />considered having
<br />double frontage if it has
<br />access on three (3) or
<br />more sides. Also
<br />referred to as a "Double
<br />Frontage Lot."
<br />LOT AREA means the total
<br />horizontal area within the
<br />property lines of the lot.
<br />LOT COVERAGE means
<br />the proportion of the
<br />surface of a lot that is covered by the ground floor area of the main building and all accessory
<br />building, excluding unenclosed porches, terraces and steps, measured from the outside surface
<br />of the exterior walls.
<br />LOT DEPTH means the mean horizontal distance of a lot measured between the front and rear
<br />lot lines.
<br />LOT LINE means the boundary of a lot separating it from adjoining public, common or private
<br />land, including a public street.
<br />LOT LINE, FRONT means the lot line separating a lot from the street upon which it abuts, or
<br />the shortest lot line of a corner lot which abuts upon a street, except when lot lines abutting
<br />streets are of equal length, the front line shall be considered on the street having the longest
<br />frontage within the same block. Unless the context clearly indicates the contrary, "front lot
<br />line" shall also mean "street line."

<br />front building setback line.
<br />LOT, ZONING means a parcel of land abutting a dedicated street, occupied or intended to be
