Exhibit B: Chapter 1115 Definitions (Proposed) LOT, THROUGH means an interior lot having frontage on two (2) parallel streets. A corner lot shall be considered having double frontage if it has access on three (3) or more sides. Also referred to as a "Double Frontage Lot." LOT AREA means the total horizontal area within the property lines of the lot. LOT COVERAGE means the proportion of the surface of a lot that is covered by the ground floor area of the main building and all accessory building, excluding unenclosed porches, terraces and steps, measured from the outside surface of the exterior walls. LOT DEPTH means the mean horizontal distance of a lot measured between the front and rear lot lines. LOT LINE means the boundary of a lot separating it from adjoining public, common or private land, including a public street. LOT LINE, FRONT means the lot line separating a lot from the street upon which it abuts, or the shortest lot line of a corner lot which abuts upon a street, except when lot lines abutting streets are of equal length, the front line shall be considered on the street having the longest frontage within the same block. Unless the context clearly indicates the contrary, "front lot line" shall also mean "street line." LOT SIZE, MINIMUM, means the minimum size that a building lot must be for a building to be constructed legally at that site.
