• Providing supplemental application questions for candidates and written materials <br />for interview panel(s). <br />• Training interview panelists on proper interview techniques. <br />Prof'essionail De�veloprnpnt' ;acl in <br />Command Staff coaching can be conducted on leaders or emerging leaders as selected by <br />representatives of the City and will last four (4) to six (6) months. The purpose of the program <br />is to increase said leader or emerging leader's awareness of self as a leader and to improve on <br />areas identified throughout the development process. The framework of the development <br />process is as follows: <br />• PRADCO will conduct a meeting with representatives of the City to get background <br />information and define a successful outcome for each participant. <br />• Participants will take a 360 -assessment. <br />• A PRADCO coach will conduct four (4) feedback/coaching sessions with each <br />participant <br />• Coaching Session 1 - PRADCO coaches will meet with each participant to introduce <br />the program, review history, and outline a plan for the 360 Survey and feedback. <br />• PRADCO will administer the online 360 Survey which will measure Leadership and <br />Emotional Intelligence and will include open-ended comments. The list of observers <br />for the 360 Survey will include up to four observer groups with a maximum of 15 <br />observers in each group. <br />• PRADCO will meet with each participant in person for one and one-half (1.5) to two <br />(2) hours to provide the 360 Report and an in-depth feedback. <br />• The results of the 360 Report and goals for each participant will be reviewed with a <br />representative of the City. <br />• Coaching Session 2 - PRADCO coaches will meet with each participant to build an <br />action plan to help them be more effective. <br />• Coaching Session 3 - PRADCO coaches will meet with each participant to continue <br />with action planning and identify new behaviors and strategies to use on the job. <br />• PRADCO will conduct a check-in call/meeting with a representative of the City to <br />share progress on each participant and to discuss observations. <br />• Coaching Session 4 - PRADCO will meet with each participant to review their action <br />plans, identify items to keep working on, and assist in reshaping behaviors and fine- <br />tuning strategies to be more effective on the job and to prepare participants to <br />sustain progress going forward. <br />• PRADCO will conduct a final check-in call/meeting with a representative of the City. <br />• Additional coaching sessions can be added with the approval of the Chief in <br />consultation with city administration (if needed). <br />PRADCO <br />C.a,. _c < 1,1, Police and Fire Assessment & Consulting Proposal for City of North Olmsted 19 <br />
