Council Minutes of 12-01-2020 by several donors in amounts over $1,000.00 to be used by the Oxcart Pantry, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2020-144 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution to cooperate with the Director of Transportation of the Ohio Department of Transportation for a project to resurface Brookpark Road (S.R. 17) between Lorain Road and the eastern North Olmsted corporation limit, including gateway enhancements at Lorain Road and at I.R. 480 in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2020-145 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the amendment of Charter 1135 (One and Two Family Residence Districts) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Schumann scheduled a Finance meeting for Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. to discuss Ordinance 2020-128. Councilman Schumann also scheduled a Finance meeting for Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2020-127, Ordinances 2020-129 through 2020-142 and Resolution 2020-143. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Transportation meeting for Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2020-144. Councilman Glassbum scheduled an Intra -Governmental Relations meeting for Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 7:40 p.m. to review appointments to the Planning & Design Commission, Building & Zoning Board of Appeals, Landmarks Commission and Arts Commission. Council President Jones scheduled a Public Hearing for Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. for Ordinance 2020-145.
